    I’m new to eco fiber. I used a flocculant and vacuumed all of it to waste. Now the pool has a milky colour. Could someone please assist.

    Since changing to the eco fiber last week, we have needed soda ash, then acid, and and and… Is there a logical explanation why all of a sudden we use chemicals we’ve never had a need for?

    Hi.

    I just replaced my filter sand with your Ecofiber media. I have noticed that very fine pollution (yellow/green fine dirt) is still being fed back in to the pool. I packed the filter as per the instructions. Any suggestions?

    How do you convert a sand filter pool to eco fiber ?

      Dont convert from filter sand. you will land up using more chemicals.
      I am changing back to pool filter sand.
